TTarch.com

I was in charge of a complete rebranding and graphic overhaul of the web portfolio of Touloukian Touloukian Inc.

The design focused on showcasing a variety of architectural work while maintaining a straightforward, yet elegant, layout. A web-based design platform was used to set a framework for the website, with more specific styling and structure introduced through HTML and CSS programming. The website is currently under construction. Link here.

Designed for Touloukian Touloukian Inc., 2016.

SongGen

SongGen is an iOS and Web Application that builds custom Spotify playlists using IBM's Watson API. The goal is to allow users to create playlists quickly and easily, through input of a variety of personal media.

The app uses Watson's ability to glean a series of keywords from images. It assembles the most relevant keywords from an image or series of images and searches Spotify for public playlists containing those keywords. A custom playlist is then generated for the user, pulling tracks from the relevant playlists. Currently, only image and keyword search are supported. The app was conceptualized, designed, developed, and demoed over the course of 30 hours at HackUMASS III. Graphics were designed using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and development was done in Objective-C, a language that no team member knew at the beginning of the competition. A hacked, extremely alpha web version of the app is located here.

SongGen won first place in its category at HackUMASS III in October 2015.

Project Team: Jake Wilson, graphics and UI design; Nathan Fuller, iOS development; Ryan Stanley, backend development; and Alexey Novokshonov, frontend development.
